I got a nail in my tire and had to go straight to a tire store. Firestone is the only place open until 7pm which is very convenient! I was totally expecting to get turned away because it was 15 minutes until closing which I would’ve understood. Alecia was very gracious and helpful. She gave me ALL the options she had to offer and was able to help out even though it made her stay open later. I will definitely be going back to this location the next time I need anything!

Arrived at opening and waited 2.5 hours for a simple tire patch. There were only two techs on site. Andre was juggling almost all of the repairs while also handling a steady flow of phone calls and customers walking through the door, and he did it all with a great attitude. Thanks for the great service, Andre! Management, get this guy a raise and some extra help!

I had came in one afternoon because I thought my battery needed to be replaced- turns out it didn’t. Gary is awesome, he was able to talk through with me what probably happened (I had my car detailed earlier in the day & they must’ve left something on that had drained the battery) & tested the battery to make sure it was good to go as well. Appreciate all of his help and nice lady in the reception area who was handling the work orders. They definitely made a stressful afternoon much much better.

I came here with a hook in my tire and was in and out. I truly appreciate Pat was very professional told me everything I needed to do. Once I arrived she spoke with Alex and Joe and I mean they did the job in no time. I truly appreciate the staff and professionalism today highly recommend!!!

I’ve always received EXCELLENT and more importantly honest service at this Victory Dr Firestone! I highly recommend this place! A million times better than the Goodyear on Whitemarsh I use to frequent. It started off great but the service declined over the years at Goodyear. I’m so grateful my husband convinced me to switch to Firestone!
